California Winery Wedding at Cline Cellars

Surrounded by their family and friends, Monica and Ken had a stunning California winery wedding at Cline Cellars.   Cline Family Cellars is one of the Sonoma wedding venues that includes not just vineyard views but beautifully maintained landscapes and ponds using sustainable farming methods.

Monica and Ken chose some fabulous wedding vendors that go above and beyond each couples’ special day.  For wedding photography, they chose Augie Chang Photography who captured all of the timeless wedding moments.  Wine country wedding planners, Yesenia and Melaina with Showrunner Events, took the stress out of the day with their coordination.  Park Avenue Catering provided the feast and Moustache Baked Goods the dessert.  Anne Mendenhall Flowers created the floral decor and bouquets and Encore Event Rentals furnished the wedding furniture.

First dance romance

Pre-ceremony music began at 5pm with ceremony start time at 5:30pm.  AMS DJ Eddie provided the background pre-ceremony music.  With ceremony start time at 5:30pm, “Beyond” by Leon Bridges was the bridal party processional song.  Monica, escorted in by her dad, walked in to “From the Ground Up” by Dan +Shay.

California Winery Wedding Reception

Following the beautiful outdoor ceremony, guests were invited for dinner out on the great lawn.  Cake cutting followed dinner and toasts, they chose “Cake by The Ocean” by DNCE.  Immediately afterwards, Monica and Ken had their first dance together as husband and wife.  They  chose “Conversations in the Dark” by John Legend.  Next up were the specialty dances.  Moncia and and her dad danced to “Daughter,” by Loudon Wainwright III.  Ken and his mom and danced to “You are the sunshine of my life” by Stevie Wonder.

Packed dance floor for Sonoma weddingTime for the Dance Party!

Bouquet toss like a boss!

AMS Wine Country DJ Eddie played songs that got all guests out on the dance floor.  “Higher Love” by Kygo and Whitney Houston, “Perfect Match” by JJ Lin and “Gangnam Style” by PSY to name a few.  We believe every wedding reception should epic and fun, and Monica and Ken’s did not disappoint.  Last song of the night was “Closing Time” by Semisonic.

Praise

We decided to hire AMS because their pride and focus was on “keeping the dance floor full.” It was hard to understand exactly what would make one DJ better than another in that regard, but once dancing kicked off, it was crystal clear. Skip expertly built off of our requests and read the crowd to make sure everyone was having the absolute best time and the dance floor was never empty.
