Kenwood Wedding at Chateau St. Jean Winery

Kenwood Winery Wedding at Chateau St. Jean

It was a stunning day for a Kenwood wedding at Chateau St. Jean for Rachael and Zach.  Chateau St. Jean is one of those perfect vineyard wedding venues to say “I Do” with its spacious lawn, patio and courtyard, all overlooking breathtaking views of vineyards and mountains.

Wine Country Kenwood Wedding Mood

Rachael and Zach chose the Skyline Duo (violin and cello) to be playing as their guests arrived.  With ceremony starting at 4pm, the bride and groom’s mothers processed in to “Canon in D” by Pachebel.  Next the bridesmaids came in to “Kiss Me” by Sixpence None the Richer.  Rachael processed in with her father to “Romantic Flight” by John Powell (from How to Train Your Dragon).  Finally, after exchanging vows, the new bride and groom exited out to “This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)” by Natalie Cole.

Wedding Reception Under the Stars

For their grand entrance into their reception, Rachael and Zach chose “Higher Love” by Kygo and Whitney Houston.  Zach gave a welcome toast and that was followed by dinner being served by Park Avenue Catering.  Following more toasts was the cake cutting and then it was time for the first dance as husband and wife.  Rachael and Zach chose “The Book of Love” by Gavin James.  Next up was the father-bride dance.  Rachael danced with her dad to “Father and Daughter” by Paul Simon.  Last, Zach danced with his mom to “My Wish” by Rascal Flatts.

Then it was time for the dance party!  And what a high-energy party it was!  DJ Alex was their dj for the night and, as always, he knocked it out the park.  He played some all-time favorites such as “Signed, Sealed, Delivered” by Stevie Wonder, “California Love” by 2pac and Dr. Dre and “Die A Happy Man” by Thomas Rhett.

Dance party fun!

Rachael and Zach had an epic dance party.  Besides having awesome music, the couple also set the wine country mood with AMS’ epic dance floor lighting.  Last song of the night was “Runaway (You and I)” by Galantis.

Rachael and Zach chose some extraordinary wine country wedding vendors.  For photography, they chose Manali with Manali Anne Photography who did an awesome job snapping those unforgettable moments.  Lindsey with Lovely Day Events, a full-service Napa and Sonoma wedding planner, helped create and execute this unforgettable celebration.  Jared Wortley Films for the wedding videography and Bright for event rentals.

Cheers to Rachael and Zach!  Definitely one unforgettable party.  Thank you for letting us be apart of your stunning Kenwood wedding.

Praise

Joe was the BEST DJ! He was very flexible with timing, and really kept the flow of the evening seamless. The music and dancing was amazing! He played requested songs, and filled in with songs he chose based on the crowd. We had multiple guests asking us for the playlist! Not to mention, we had an epic dance party for over 3 straight hours! I would highly recommend AMS for any party!
