Alicia and John had an amazing Napa Valley wedding at Tre Posti this past July. Tre Posti, located in stunning St. Helena, is an excellent wine country venue choice for a Napa destination wedding with its accommodating and friendly staff, garden grove, courtyard and, of course, vineyards.
An awesome team of wine country wedding vendors came together for Alicia and John’s special day. Jen Philips Photography, a Napa Valley wedding photographer, did an amazing job capturing all of the memories from the day. Napa Valley wedding and event planning expert, Lisa McAdams and her crew from Boutique Events, created and executed seamlessly this wine country dream wedding for Alicia and John. Mae Flowers designed and made all of the floral arrangement. Bright Event Rentals provided the wedding rentals for the day.
Wedding Ceremony in Garden Grove
Guests began to arrive around 5:30pm and headed over the the garden grove for the 6pm outdoor wedding ceremony. The processional song for the bridal party was “Here Comes the Sun”, and Alicia chose “Can’t Help Falling in Love” by Haley Reinhart for her bridal entrance with her dad and step dad. After exchanging vows, Alicia and John exited out to “This Will Be” Natalie Cole.
Immediately following the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour out on the Courtyard while the bride, groom and family snapped some wedding pictures. Following cocktail hour, guests were invited to the lawn area for dining. For their grand entrance song into dinner, Alicia and John chose “Paper Rings” by Taylor Swift. Going directly into their first dance together as husband and wife, they chose “In Case You Didn’t Know” by Brett Young. Following that, a stellar dinner was prepared and served by Tre Posti’s catering service.
Wine Country DJ Rocks the Dance Floor!
With dancing and dessert (provided by Susie Cakes) inside the Harvest Room, the bride and groom proceeded with their special dances. First, Alicia danced with her dad to “My Wish” by Rascal Flats and then with her step father to “Wildflowers” by Tom Petty. Finally John danced with his mom to “100 Years” by the Foo Fighters.
Then it was time for DJ Rod to open up the dance floor! He kept the dance floor packed by playing a blend from Alicia and John’s playlist and special requests from the guests. Last song of the night was “I Did Something Bad” by Taylor Swift. What an incredible wedding reception, no one left the dance floor until the party ended at midnight!
Congratulations Alicia and John! What a beautiful and fun Napa Valley wedding you had! It was an honor to be your DJ.
