A fun couple.  A gorgeous day.  A stunning venue.  And a rockstar wine country DJ at Mountain House Estate.  Emily and Dakota’s June wedding at Cloverdale’s Mountain House Estate was everything we love about wine country weddings all wrapped up in one perfect day. 

Emily and Dakota exchanged vows outside overlooking Mountain House Estate‘s amazing views with rolling hills.  This rustic and tranquil wedding estate venue is a versatile and scenic Northern California wedding location with plenty of locations to say “I Do!” and then party the night away, or stay for a destination wedding weekend!

With ceremony starting at 4pm, the wedding party proceeded in to “By My Side by The Paper Kites” ft. Rosie Carney.  The bride walked in to “Falling” by Oh Gravity.  Emily and Dakota exchanged vows at the oak tree terrace ceremony spot and recessed out to “Silhouettes” by Colony House.

Wine Country DJ Entertainment at Mountain House Estate

Following dinner and toasts, Emily and Dakota had their first dance.  They chose “Baby I love Your Way” by Peter Frampton for the song.  Next, Emily danced with both her dad and step-dad for the bride father dance.  Choosing “Cinderella” by Steven Curtis Chapman for song choice, it was a very special and unique moment.  Finally, Dakota chose “Mom” by Garth Brooks for the special dance with his mom.

Finally the dance floor opened up!   DJ Alex tore it up playing some all-time classic hits.  Using AMS’ online music planner, Emily and Dakota customized their playlists with some of their favs.  Personal requests of the bride and groom included, “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” by Queen, “I’m a Believer” by the Monkees and “Round the Bend” by Dinosaur Pile-Up.  A special request of the bride and groom was to have the Generational Dance.  This is fun way to get all married couples out on the dance floor.  Emily and Dakota chose “The Way You look Tonight” by Frank Sinatra and the last couple left on the dance floor received a wedding bouquet!

Wedding Vendors Extraordinaires

Last song dance of the night was “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran.  To sum up, everything about Emily and Dakota’s Mountain House Estate wedding was perfect.  Including the amazing team of wedding vendors that work so hard to ensure a seamless event.  Working with these follow wedding vendors makes everything run so smoothly (and fun!).  Darby with Rustically Romantic Photography captured every amazing moment.  Tara and her team with Ybarra Events planned, designed and coordinated everything.   Lombardi’s Catering provided all of the tasty food and Bartender’s Unlimited served up the drinks.  Encore Rentals provided event rentals for the day and Gina’s Floral Enchantment designed and created the stunning floral arrangements.
